We have been managing our own property for quite a while now.  Prior to that we had our property listed with a property manager and we weren't at all happy.  So, we decided to manage our property ourselves.  Once we set up the infrastructure we were in a position to manage other properties, so we are now building our portfolio - and we are getting some good reviews from our guests!
