As the name Central Gold Coast Holiday Homes suggests, we focus on managing holiday houses in the central part of the Gold Coast!  As shown on the map to the left this includes Paradise Waters, riverfront areas of Surfers Paradise, Chevron Island and Cronin Island.  These are all "suburbs" of Surfers Paradise.  What a beautiful part of the world!

All properties are within an easy walk to restaurants, cafes, bars, boutiques, shops, attractions - including river cruises, whale watching, jet boat rides, great fishing spots, entertainment, and, of course, THE BEACH.  The benefits of staying in such a great location include: Total relaxation because fun, shopping, relaxation, surfing, etc don't require the use of a car; Close to public transport; People have more freedom to do things by themselves, in small groups or all together, for example, three people could walk to the beach, another could get a haircut and two others could sleep in, fish or go shopping, and all six could meet up for lunch, all without needing a car.  Most Gold Coast holiday homes are not in a truly prime location, for example, many "waterfront houses" are on canals further inland and a vehicle is required to get to most places.  Being able to stroll to a wide variety of places makes for a far more relaxing holiday!

The director of Central Gold Coast Holiday Homes was born on the Gold Coast, lives in the shaded area on the map to the left and owns a riverfront rental property in the shaded area.  Our real estate office is located in Bundall, just outside the shaded area.  We specialise in this area because we know it well and we keep across the latest developments and information that is relevant to our guests.  Because we specialise in a area we aren't spread thinly, our knowledge is up to date, we have first hand knowledge of public transport, popular local attractions, good places to eat, etc.  We are also close by in case of an emergency.

We own properties and therefore know maintenance requirements and how to keep a home looking nice and inviting.  We know what guests are looking for because we also go on holidays and we also take guest reviews and feedback very seriously.  We help the owners of holiday rental homes to provide a really special place for people to stay for their Gold Coast get away.
